Thomas Weldon is a Fund Associate at Purepay. His primary responsibilities revolve around multiple aspects of Purepay's mergers and acquisitions activity, with an emphasis on sourcing, valuation, and due diligence. Thomas also assists in the analysis of current portfolio companies. This includes evaluating financing alternatives, and projecting both financial and operating metrics.

Prior to joining Purepay, Thomas worked in the Investment Banking Divisions of Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital in New York City. While there, he helped advise industrial clients on a broad range of M&A and financing transactions.

Thomas graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Economics. He resides in New Albany, Ohio, and is based out of Purepay's Columbus office.
