The core of our team has been together for two decades through a series of successful ventures in both expanding and contracting economic cycles. Utilizing a blend of acquisitive and organic growth strategies, we support management team efforts to build leading mid-market companies on a national scale.

Steve's experience is focused on the operations and growth of companies of wide range of size and scale. He is responsible for the Purepay's strategic development, operations management and portfolio company oversight.

Prior to founding Purepay, Steve was the VP of Sales of CMS Communications, a telecommunications software company that was rapidly built through multiple acquisitions and sold to Evolving Systems (NASDAQ: EVOL) where he had responsibility for sales and business development as well as growth through the penetration of international markets.

Previously, Steve had sales and strategy responsibility for POV Partners, a technology services company, which was grown from startup and was sold to Whittman-Hart (NASDAQ: WHIT) where he led the growth and management of a geographic market.

Steve began his career as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where he focused on the development and implementation of strategic change initiatives across a wide range of organizations and industries during a nine-year career.

He earned his BS, from The Ohio State University, in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Steve resides in Columbus, Ohio.
